Janice Perrin

As a 2008 Vision Fellow, Janice Perrin completed her Master’s Degree in Guidance Counseling from Goddard College. Janice is the manager of human services at Lower Cape Outreach Council (LCOC). LCOC is a nonprofit organization which helps people in crisis. LCOC offers financial assistance for mortgages, rent, medical bills, electric bills, etc.
